On February 26, the SunBird Ladies Golfing Niners hosted a group of ladies from Sun Lakes for an annual Home and Home golf outing. If you recall February’s weather, it wasn’t a very warm month, but we lucked out and got a fairly decent day to play golf. A scramble was played. After golf, the ladies all enjoyed a meal in the Horizon Room consisting of lasagna, Ceasar salad, toasted garlic bread and tiramisu for dessert. We look forward to next year when SunBird will travel to Sun Lakes.
