We had a great turnout after golf on Jan. 2 for our monthly business meeting and happy hour hosted by the Horizon Room.
The winning team of the 321 Best Net Tournament was Connie Franklin, Jackie Huyghebaert, Trish Carrel, and Diane Robinson. Coming in second place were Pat McInnes, Toni Leonard, Elaine Carle, and Julie Anderson.
During the meeting, Connie Franklin discussed the local rules applicable specifically to SunBird Golf Club. These rules are posted on the bulletin board outside of the Golf Shop.
The Couples Net Shootout is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to come out and support their favorite team during this fun event.
