Iowa
The Iowa Party will be in the Lakeview Room at the Clubhouse on Saturday, March 7; cocktails at 5:00 p.m. and dinner at 6:00 p.m.
There will be a sign-up sheet on the board in the puzzle room for the pot luck. An entrée of Iowa pork loin will be provided at $2.50 per person so bring something delicious to go with that. The Lakeview Room accommodates 50 so be sure to get on the list. We had a full house last year.
Another planning meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 11 at 3:00 p.m. in the Puzzle Room.

Michigan/Illinois
The first annual Michigan and Illinois combined state party is scheduled for Thursday, March 12 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on the Clubhouse Patio. Please mark this date on your calendar. A planning meeting is being held in January and more details will be published in the March SunBird newspaper. All SunBird residents from the great states of Illinois and Michigan are invited to participate in the planning for the combined party.

Minnesota
Minnesotans and friends from Sun Lakes and nearby areas are all invited to the annual Minnesota Patio Party held at the Palo Verde Country Club in Sun Lakes. The cost of $15 per person includes a buffet dinner. Come join the fun and win some prizes. The event will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22.

The Northwest
Mark your calendars now! The Northwest Party will be held on March 13 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. All residents and renters and anyone who has a connection to the northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Western Montana and Alaska) and all of our Canadian friends from B.C and Alberta are also welcome.
There will be a change in this Patio Party. We are talking to Julie and her staff about preparing our meal on the patio. There will also be a nine hole golf outing prior to the meal for those who are interested. Look for details and a sign-up sheet on the Club Activities wall in the puzzle room.
