St. Paddy’s Green Dance March 9

John Yu

You are invited to the Sunday Dinner Dance at Cottonwood’s San Tan Ballroom on Sunday, March 9. The dance venue includes country two-steps, line dancing, and nightclub two-step, in addition to the regular mix of waltzes, foxtrots, Latin dances, and swings. Our pop music includes not just big band but music from the ‘70s and ‘80s, with songs from Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Jimmy Buffet, Fleetwood Mac, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beatles, Eagles, and more. All are performed by our Valley-favorite trio The Breeze band.

Enjoy dinner, served on the dance floor, and pick from your favorites from the Cottonwood Grill. There will be a cash bar serving your favorite drinks starting at 5 p.m., and the music starts at 5:30 p.m. and continues until 8:30 p.m.

Ballroom tables are configured to allow plenty of “space” to dance. Our bands never play too loudly as to drown out conversations at the tables. Our dress code is not formal but club casual. Anyone or couple can walk in without an invitation, prepayment, or reservation. Doors open at 5 p.m. (Parties of eight or greater should call ahead to 480-699-7334 for group table reservations.)

Come check us out and see why many have said the Sun Lakes Sunday Dinner Dance is the “best dinner dance venue in the Valley.” The event is open to the public.
