Senior Fitness Class
Tuesday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-noon (Tuesday) and 10:00–11:00 a.m. (Saturday) in the Navajo Room
The class will help you gain better balance and strength, increase bone density, develop better muscle tone, lose or gain weight, gain energy and increased positive mood.

Zumba
Wednesday from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room; Fridays from 9:00–10:00 a.m. in the Ballroom
Zumba instructor Mary (Cat) Sullivan, will offer classes Wednesdays in the Navajo room and Fridays in the Ballroom. There is a charge of $4 per class. Everyone is welcome.
