Join us in the Horizon Room for this awesome new activity! This is not your everyday Bingo! Bring your friends, come socialize, enjoy great music, and have fun! Patriot Day Tribute Parade and Ceremony
Saturday, Sept. 11
The SunBird Fourth Annual Patriot Day Tribute Parade and Ceremony will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11, with the parade beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by a short ceremony beginning at approximately 9:11 a.m. in the ballroom. Help us honor and remember those who lost their lives on 9-11, honor those who protect us in our own community each and every day, and recognize any active or retired emergency responders of SunBird. Breakfast will be available for purchase immediately following the ceremony in the Horizon Room for only $8 (plus tax) which includes a breakfast quiche, muffin, and juice or coffee! Please pre-purchase your breakfast ticket.

SunBird Flu Shot Clinic
Monday, Sept. 20, and Monday, Oct. 18, Hopi Room, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Walgreens Pharmacy will once again be administering flu shots at SunBird. All shots will be given by appointment only. No walk-ins. This will ensure that Walgreens will be prepared with enough shots. To schedule an appointment, please notify the HOA office at 480-802-4901 or [email protected].
Sedona for the Day
Thursday, Sept. 23, bus will depart SunBird at approx. 8 a.m.
Join us as we travel to the Red Rocks of Sedona. While there, you’ll have four hours to spend on your own. Explore “Uptown” Sedona’s shops, go on a jeep tour, check out Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sights! Tickets are available at the HOA office for only $35 (does not include driver gratuity).
New Show – TAD Management Presents Mick Adams & The Stones
Friday, Oct. 15, Ballroom, 7 p.m.
Named one of the top 10 tribute bands in the world by Backstage Magazine, Mick Adams & The Stones are an authentic recreation of the Rolling Stones, live in concert. Endorsed by former Atlantic Records President Jerry Greenberg, Ryan Seacrest, and Mark Cuban, this band must be seen to be believed! According to Jerry, “It doesn’t get any closer than this!” This exciting, seven-piece, live recreation of the Stones in concert features look-alike performers, multiple costume changes, full choreography, and an all-new media show. The energy is through the roof, and the band will have you dancing and singing along with every song!
