New Senior Fitness Class
Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m.–noon in the Navajo Room
The class will help you gain better balance and strength, increase bone density, develop better muscle tone, lose or gain weight, gain energy and increased positive mood.
The first class is free; the cost after that would be $4 each class.
This class is for men and women.

Spirit Day Every Tuesday
Horizon Room
Each Tuesday will be a different theme for Spirit Day. Check in at 11:30 a.m. and judging begins at noon. Judge’s choice and people’s choice winners will receive a free lunch.
Come join in the fun and participate, or just come and check out the costumes.

Zumba
Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room; Fridays from 9:00–10:00 a.m. in the Ballroom.
Zumba instructor Mary (Cat) Sullivan will offer classes Wednesdays in the Navajo Room and Fridays in the Ballroom. There is a charge of $3 per class. Everyone is welcome.

Friday, June 5 and 19, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Bring your dancing shoes and your singing voices and enjoy a fun filled evening with Jamal.

Sign up now for a day at Fort McDowell Casino on Wednesday, June 24. The bus will leave SunBird at 8:30 a.m. and leave the casino at 4:00 p.m. You will receive $10 on you player’s card. We must have 18 passengers for this trip to go.
My Country ‘tis of Thee Show
Thursday, July 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the SunBird Ballroom.
This program is free but donations accepted at the door. If you would like to reserve a table and decorate it, come that morning between 10:00 a.m.-noon.
