A fun day is planned for the April 19 meeting of Shalom Hadassah at the Oakwood Clubhouse, 24218 S. Oakwood Blvd., Sun Lakes. After an optional lunch at 11:30 a.m., we will clear the tables for Bingo. Three free cards to start with and additional cards available for purchase. Prizes awarded for each bingo. For lunch reservations send $16 check made payable to Shalom Hadassah and mail to Ruth Friedman, The Renaissance, 9508 E. Riggs Road, Sun Lakes 85248.
The past few months have been busy and productive for our chapter. February saw our New Member Breakfast where 30 new members gathered to meet and greet the Hadassah Board. This was a huge success. Also in February we set aside business for a trip to the Hale Theatre for the lively show, Anything Goes. In March, as part of our fun fundraiser, we enjoyed a lovely day out, first at the Herberger Theatre and then lunch. As always, our chapter is stimulating and fun while getting the job done.
