Take this opportunity to become fit and fabulous dancing stars. The winter session of Basic Social Dance will meet through January. And guess what? You’ll be on the dance floor by the end of that session or sooner!
It’s super simple to learn to move to any music you enjoy. There are no steps for our fearless leaders to memorize and the ladies will learn what clues to look for when they are following. At the end of the first hour you will be able to move to any song that is played. You’ll be amazed at what you can do.
Mary Lou Kaye, your trained and certified master instructor, dares you to have fun on the dance floor. It’s the Fountain of Youth you’ve been looking for.
