It’s been a fantastic summer to see new residents and others out in the sun. While it’s hot, some have chosen to partake in indoor sports like yoga, cards, ceramics and senior fitness Power Core and More.
I am proud to announce that two gals have been with me for two years, and we’ve had amazing fun – Pat and Pam, Yeah! They win the golden prize!
The folks who attend enjoy the comradery and see results. You will have to hear what they are when you come visit.
The model we follow is Tabata. We exercise all parts of the body. For 20 seconds we exercise, then take 10 seconds to rest. This series goes on for eight rounds, then we stop for a minute to rest. It seems like most of the group wants to get stronger, lose the angel wings and get rid of the muffin that sits over the pants. So we take our time seriously. It’s okay if you need to use a chair or go slowly or pump it up. It’s for all residents.

We welcome all – first time is FREE; $4 per session or $30 per month.
