Yes, with time and size restrictions in accordance with Arizona State Law. With primary and general elections coming up this year, this is a reminder that homeowners are allowed to display political signs or flags 71 days prior to the election and must take them down three days after the election in accordance with Arizona State Law (ARS 33-1808.c). Arizona State Primary Election is Aug. 4, 2020. Political signs or other types may be displayed starting May 26 and must be removed by Aug. 8. The general election is Nov. 3, 2020. Political signs or other types may be displayed starting Aug. 25 and must be removed by Nov. 7. There is no maximum number of signs you may have; however, the maximum aggregate total dimensions of all political signs and other political displays on a member’s property shall not exceed nine (9) square feet. Any displayed signs must be tasteful and cannot contain any vulgarity.
