The Pickleball Club is crushing it for the winter session! Welcome to our newest members Lea Anne and Graham McPherson and Dana Smith.
Our Ladies Dance Party is scheduled for Jan. 26 at 4 p.m.—a little pickleball, then a little dancing, followed by snacks and laughs. Ladies, sign up on Team Reach and leave a note as to what you’re bringing. It doesn’t need to be specific. A simple “sweet” or “savory” will do.
The SunBird 7th Annual Pickle for Purple ALZ Tournament will be held Feb. 23-25. Our preparations are progressing, with player registration now open through Feb. 10. Winter open play hours:
Monday: 9 to 11 a.m.
Tuesday: 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 to 11 a.m.
Thursday: 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 6 p.m.
Friday: 9 to 11 a.m.
Sunday: 2 to 6 p.m.
Wednesday and Saturday: 6 to 9 p.m.
Select Saturdays for daytime play will be posted on Team Reach. Sign up on Team Reach for open play times so that we know we will have four players.
Want to learn how to play? Grab a lesson request form, fill it out, pay for the lesson, and drop it in the HOA drop box or turn it in to a Pickleball Board member. The cost for a lesson is $20.
