Mother’s Day Tea highlights

The Ladies Community Chit and Chat Breakfast Group met at Cottonwood Country Club in the Saguaro Room, and it was a success. Some of the ladies came dressed up with their beautiful hats for the Mother’s Day Tea event. There was a memory table for their passed mothers to be remembered. We went around the room for each person to tell the story of what they remembered about their mothers. These stories were beautiful to tell.

Judges selected the best hat worn, which was Dorothy Eberle who won a prize for first. Second prize was given to Lorraine Sandy-Newhaus, and the third and last prize was given to Mary Sample. All the ladies looked beautiful for this day.

Rose handed each lady a red rose and wished them Happy Mother’s Day. This was a beautiful day for all of us mothers.
