Checking blood pressures is one of several free services offered at SunBird in the Puzzle Room of the clubhouse. Pressure checks are offered Monday and Friday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., from January through March. Maggie Seideman, retired nurse and volunteer and a snowbird from Manitoba, coordinates the service. During other months, Bernie Henneck coordinates the service. Check the office for details.
