Nov. 18 saw 64 Lady 18ers and 9ers come together to play a game of Step Aside. Mother Nature, however, had different plans for us, and the game was canceled due to heavy rain.
We did meet for lunch and enjoyed a delicious chicken salad croissant, fruit cup, dessert, and beverage thanks to Julie Rundle and her staff from the Horizon Room.
The tables were decorated with turkey centerpieces put together by the talented Julie Anderson, Shirl Morgan, Dolly White, and Rayleen Knight.
While disappointed that we could not golf, the ladies had a great time catching up with one another and look forward to coming together again next season.
