SunBird HOA and Golf Club Committee
As was presented in an eblast in late June, three members of the boards from the SunBird Golf Club and the HOA have continued to meet and assess opportunities regarding the future of the SunBird Golf Course. Options we’ve discussed include real estate impacts, memberships, and talks with a golf course appraiser, a course management firm, and other golf courses and communities. There is plenty to think about and review on how the golf course impacts our beautiful community today and in the future. As we continue discussions throughout the summer, we will be in a position to share the paths forward with all of SunBird in the fall.
