Please join us on Thursday, Dec. 14, at 10 a.m. in the Oakwood clubhouse ballroom, at 24218 S. Oakwood Blvd., in Sun Lakes. A continental breakfast will be served (gluten-free available upon request with reservation), along with live music and followed by a guest speaker. The cost is $20, including tax and gratuity, payable at the door.
Emily Firnstahl is a native of Tucson who formerly lived in New York City and worked for Tiffany’s at their flagship location on 5th Avenue. She also worked in the trust division of Citibank. Emily found her life in peril on a Christmas shopping trip gone awry, as she considered success at any price. Emily has served as the speaker trainer for Stonecroft in Arizona, as well as being on the National Board of Directors.
The Chordaires Show Chorus will be presenting their Christmas program “A Bit of Holiday Cheer” to entertain and bring musical delight to this special season. The Chorus was founded in 1979 by dynamic women who sing a cappella in the unique American barbershop style of music.
Lily Whitson, a local soloist who sang with the Yesterday Once More Band, will be singing “Mary, Did You Know?” a favorite song during the Christmas season.
Arrive early to enjoy seasonal music from the Keyboard Connection, directed by Jeanette Cline.
The Crystal Card Project will be available for purchasing cards before and after this event.
