Our February meeting was held on Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 6 p.m. in the Lakeview Room. Following the business meeting, we adjourned to play Bunco. Treva Christensen introduced us to the rules of this dice game. We broke up into teams of four. The lead table starts the game by ringing a bell. As soon as the lead table reaches 21 points, they ring the bell to stop the game. Each couple counts their points rolled. The couple with the most points is the winner, and they move to the next table. The only exception is at the head table, at which the winning couple stays and the losing couple moves. We enjoyed the game. Treva, thank you for introducing us to the game of Bunco.
In March we met on Tuesday, March 8, at 6 p.m. in the Lakeview Room. Our main focus of the meeting was to plan for our April Patio Party on Tuesday, April 12, at 5 p.m. Coffee and ice water were ordered from the Horizon Room to go along with the treats members brought in. We showed a Rick Stevens video featuring two Italian cities. Ciao.
