Great news! You will be able to attend our June 2 meeting in person! Yes, it finally happened. Our June 2 meeting will be a hybrid meeting. What is a hybrid meeting? It refers to the physical location of participants. Beginning with our 10 a.m. June 2 meeting, members will be able to join us in the Cottonwood Ceramics Room (the same room where we held our workshops), while others will continue to attend at home or wherever they choose, via Zoom. The in-person meeting will be displayed on the pull-down screen. No need to bring your laptop. We want our members to be able to participate, no matter where they are.
On Wednesday, June 2, Joe Kissell will tell us how we can preserve our digital legacy. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

Joe Kissell is the publisher of Take Control Books, which offers ebooks on a wide variety of tech topics. He’s also the author of more than 60 books himself. Joe has written extensively for TidBITS, Macworld, Wirecutter, and numerous other tech publications. Before he began writing full time in 2003, Joe spent eight years managing software development. He lives in San Diego with his wife, their two sons, and their cat.
Our club has many things to offer members, such as free technical assistance, information about new programs, how to use the programs, Microsoft classes, and access to talks and conferences on a variety of topics from Association of Personal Computer User Groups (APCUG). The APCUG classes are free and can be attended using your computer, tablet, or phone with the Zoom.us app. These classes are an exciting benefit for club members.
