As of October 15, due to a broken hip, Scarlett O’Casey has relocated to Canton, Georgia;.a decision made by my three living children, all of whom are at least 2,000 miles away.
This is an emotional moment! I have loved living in Arizona; but common sense and family prevail. As I dusted off my hoop skirts, I wished you all good health, happiness and love.
