The SunBird Golf Club annual general meeting will be held on February 14, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the SunBird ballroom. Voting for two expiring board of director positions will take place at this time. If unable to make the meeting, stop in at the Pro Shop to fill in an absentee ballot anytime between January 17, 2017, and noon on February 14, 2017. Changes and corrections to bylaws will also be addressed and voted on at this meeting.
If you are unable to vote in person on February 14, 2017, or in the Pro Shop, you may call and request a ballot be sent to you by mail any time during this period.
