As we transition into the holiday season with the celebration of Thanksgiving, let us remember that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, and every personal connection has meaning and give thanks. Let us not forget our thanks for our life in the community of SunBird.
We are especially blessed as residents volunteer and share their energy and time to many venues which include the SunBird Library. You will find our library volunteers with their noses in books among the stacks. (Their noses are also full of the aromas from baking in their personal holiday preparation). Give thanks for their helping hands.
The joy found in reading, jigsaw puzzling, etc. may be placed aside as we prepare for and look toward connections with family and friends this month.
Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration! Be thankful…float like the hummingbird!
