The Architectural Control Committee is in the process of forming two subcommittees within the ACC Committee to work on two important issues. The first subcommittee will be working on reviewing the ACC Guidelines for the golf course walls on private properties (ACC Guidelines, page seven, item no. 1). Many of these walls were built at different times when guidelines had different restrictions and some of these walls/materials that were used are starting to deteriorate. The goal of this review is to prepare recommendations for the SunBird HOA Board that will clearly define restrictions, standards, acceptable materials and uniformities that best suit the SunBird community.
The second subcommittee will be preparing recommendations for the SunBird HOA Board that will clearly define signage restrictions and standards that best suit the SunBird community.
