Did You Know?

To drive a golf cart in the SunBird community, you must have a valid driver’s license.

The Chandler Police Department offers residents a Senior Lockbox program for emergency access. While the lockbox provides an alternative to forced entry, in the event of a time-sensitive situation, the code to the lockbox is provided only to police officers and firefighters in the event there is an emergency call to your home. This service is at no charge to the homeowner.

The Town Hall meeting on March 22 was well attended by approximately 500 people. The presentation by the HOA Board and the Golf Board was well done and very informative. There was also lively discussion from homeowners, both long- and short-term. The entire community is looking forward to questions being answered and more information being provided.

That every homeowner in SunBird is governed by the Homeowners Association and their board. Board officials are elected each year. Regardless of which activities you participate in: tennis, cards, water aerobics, horseshoes, pickleball, shuffleboard, ceramics, painting, billiards, golf, we are all homeowners in the same Association.
