That the HOA dues help to maintain the clubhouse and other amenities during the entire year. Your golf fees do the same thing for the golf course and all of the green areas we enjoy here. Just as you do ongoing maintenance on your other homes, the HOA and the Golf Club provide these services for the SunBird Golf Resort. This allows you to spend whatever time you have in very pleasant environs.

We have a wide variety of wildlife in SunBird. The most noticeable are ducks and geese. We also have quails, bunnies, herons, egrets, roadrunners, and a variety of other birds. The less noticeable are the owls who nest here. The grassy surface and ponds attract and support this wildlife.

SunBird Homeowners Association and the SunBird Golf Club are two separate organizations. The HOA provides most of the activities within and around the clubhouse through your HOA annual dues. The Golf Club maintains the green areas and ponds within the community through membership dues, generous donations, and golfers.
