Hello! And welcome if you are a returning winter visitor or have just moved here. You are just in time to enjoy the winter holidays and the sunshine – without the snow!

Don’t stress the holidays this year! The Cottonwood Clay Sculpture class invites you to join them. Create your own gifts while you learn or renew an artistic skill and make new friends. Perhaps you’d like to design and create your own Nativity scene or a Christmas angel. Maybe a figure of Santa with a face that just happens to resemble someone in your family! Whatever you choose, instruction is available, along with handouts, techniques in finishing your sculpture: glazing, painting etc. Clay and tools are available for purchase in class for your convenience.

The Cottonwood Clay Sculpture class is a year round class that meets each Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Cottonwood Ceramic Room 8, located across from the library.

This class fills up quickly so jump into something casual to wear and sign up before someone else gets your bag of clay and share of the fun!
