One Small Step – Clothes Cabin is accepting donations through June 23. They are creating Comfort Kits for young children whose caregiver is involved at a scene with Gilbert Fire Department and needs distraction until DCF or another caregiver can arrive. Comfort Kit donations include coloring books, colored pencils, crayons, Matchbox cars, small/medium balls, cards, fidget items, small Play-Doh, pacifiers, bottles, small Lego kits, LOL Surprise, and small toys for ages 1-9 years old. Donations can be dropped off in the Poster Room located across from the SunBird Library.
