We are enjoying our summer fun in our Senior Fitness Class. As the sun is shining, we are taking time to activate ourselves and rejuvenate our energy. As we know, we can often want to avoid the heat by staying inside and we end up sitting too much. Research shows that exercise can reduce the onset of dementia, and it definitely helps with depression and anxiety.
Come try Senior Fitness Classes on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. in the Navajo room. While we work on building up our strength, flexibility, balance and tone, we definitely have time for laughter and socialization. First time is free. For cost thereafter.
