The Board of Directors has been listening to comments from the membership concerning short-term (30 days or less) and the number of rental properties. The Board has also been researching this topic and has consulted with legal counsel concerning this. Further, it was learned that SunBird can restrict Class 2 and 3 sexual offenders from living in SunBird by approving amending the CC&R’s to approve this restriction. The consent forms were mailed to each SunBird homeowner. If one was not received, please contact the SunBird office at 480-802-4901.
