Another winter of fun in the sun is being enjoyed by over 200 Canadians who reside in the SunBird community. As a group we are very involved in the many activities available at the Clubhouse and on the golf course.
Our pork loin barbecue on February 11 is our next major event. It is $7 per plate and will be held on the patio from 3:00–6:00 p.m. (BYOB). Thanks to John and his crew who ensure that we have all the necessary equipment and supplies for a successful event. Registrations for the golf tournament will take place at the barbecue.
March 20 is the Great Canadian Golf Tournament, our final event of the season (not March 13 as reported earlier). The shotgun start is at noon and golf is followed by a pizza dinner in the Ballroom. This tournament is a social scramble for Canadian golfers of all levels of experience. Come and join us.
