Just a quick reminder that the first meeting of our club will be the fourth Tuesday of September, that is September 25, 2018. We will be meeting in the Lakeview Room at 6:00 p.m. This first meeting will be informational as to our Oktoberfest plans. President Nechvatal will be out of town for a wedding in Ohio, and Treva Christianson shall conduct the meeting.
Presently, the Oktoberfest party is to be held in the Horizon Room on October 24 with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. and dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m. The meal will be salad, chicken schnitzel, warm German potato salad, veggie and dessert. Beverages are extra! The cost will be $15.00 per person. Treva will outline the collection process and send around a reservation sheet in order to obtain a count for the kitchen as to how many dinners will be needed.
