May has arrived, and we have said goodbye to several artists until fall or winter months. Our diehard year round artists will still be active every week. We welcome new members, both SunBird residents and artists from outside SunBird, who are looking for a creative environment to share with fellow artists. We meet every Friday in the Hopi Room, on the second floor of the SunBird Golf Resort Clubhouse to share creativity, help others, and perhaps try something new. The room is available from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m., and artists pop in to work in an Open Studio environment at different times during the day. All levels of artists are represented, in a variety of mediums. We will be planning some group activities for the summer months, as well as starting to plan for the 2027 Art & Fine Crafts Show.
