The board is made up of seven directors who serve three-year staggering terms, elected by the membership. This year, SunBird will have two director positions available on the board. This election period, two homeowners have completed applications and are interested in being elected to these open positions. Even though two people are running for two seats, they will still need to be elected by the membership by a formal election. Please still vote to help SunBird fulfill its requirements of meeting the quorum requirements to make this election official. Additional information about these candidates is available on SunBird’s website and at the clubhouse. The two candidates receiving the most votes will be elected to three-year terms each. Ballots were mailed to all SunBird homeowners. The deadline for returning ballots is Monday, Nov. 17, at 4 p.m. Don’t forget to vote!
