It’s that time of year when political signs are popping up all over. The ACC Committee would like to review the ACC Guideline on this subject.
Political Signs, as enacted by Arizona State Laws (ARS 33-1808, Section C), may be displayed in or on a homeowner’s property. No ACC permit is required.
You have as early as Aug. 26, or 71 days prior, to put up political signs. The signs must come down no later than 15 days after the date of the election, or Nov. 19.
These signs may not exceed an aggregate total dimension of 9 square feet per lot, as required by state law.
