Do you enjoy shotgun sports? Join us for a friendly, intercommunity trap shooting competition! The Robson Trap Trials are open to residents of Arizona Robson Communities only (PebbleCreek, Quail Creek, Robson Ranch, SaddleBrooke, SaddleBrooke Ranch, and Sun Lakes) and will be held on Friday, March 14, at the Tucson Trap & Skeet Club, 7800 W. Old Ajo Way. The competition is three rounds of trap singles (75 targets) using your own shotgun and ammunition. There are awards for the following:
• Top five shooters of the winning community (highest combined score)
• Top shooter in each community
• Top three male shooters
• Top three female shooters
• Top Gun
On March 14 check-in begins at 9 a.m., and the competition begins at 10 a.m. A luncheon immediately follows on site at MKeetz Grill (BBQ sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, and chips, or vegetarian option, iced tea, lemonade, and dessert.
Registration Fee and Deadline:
The registration fee is $75 per shooter (includes lunch) or $35 for lunch only. There will be a cash bar. Registration fee is due by Feb. 14.
