As some of you already know, we had a stamp increase in July. First Class stamps are now 73 cents, and a book of 20 is $14.60. Postcard stamps are 56 cents. All Priority Flat Rate boxes have not changed.
A reminder to those who may leave for vacation for a week or more: Please come to the SunBird Post Office to put your mail on hold. Do not put a hold card in your mailbox! The hold card will wind up in your mailbox once we make up the box here. We, in turn, will give the card to your carrier, and he will then put it in your mailbox.
As our snowbirds return, be sure to check in with us and the HOA. We’re looking forward to seeing you, as it’s been pretty quiet all summer.
Our office hours will change for the winter months beginning Monday, Sept. 30. We will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
