The Tee-Up for Childhood Cancer Tournament, sponsored by the SunBird Lions Club, will be on Saturday, Dec. 14, at the SunBird Golf Resort located at 6250 S. Sunbird Blvd. in Chandler.
The tournament will be a four-person scramble, and there will be three flights: Men/Open, Women, and Mixed (must include two women).
Check-in is at 7:30 a.m. on the patio outside the ballroom, and there will be an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
The entry fee is $55 per player (inclusive).
There will be a $10,000 prize for a hole-in-one on hole number 3, plus hole-in-one prizes on other par 3 holes. There will also be cash prizes for gross and net score in each flight and prizes for Longest Putt and Closest to the Pin for men and women.
Coffee and donuts will be served at check-in on the patio, and lunch will immediately follow golf.
