Welcome back to our winter residents and visitors! Be sure to stop by the SunBird Post Office and the HOA office to let us know you have returned.
The post office hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and closed Saturdays and holidays. Our phone number is 480-802-6783.
Here are a few reminders:
We cannot accept bills larger than $20 before 10 a.m. or after 1 p.m.
We accept cash or checks only!
If you are planning to go on vacation or leave for a few days, please come in to fill out a Vacation Hold card. We will then make up a “hold mail” box and, in turn, give that card to your carrier to put in your mailbox. Please do not put the card in your mailbox. If you do, our office does not know you are away.
For misdelivered mail, please return it to our office so we can give it back to the carrier to redeliver.
Holiday stamps are available. Be sure to check out the savings in postage by using the Flat-Rate boxes for those heavier items. All Priority parcels are tracked and insured for $50. You can always add additional insurance. All outgoing mail leaves our office daily, Monday through Friday, between 2 and 2:15 p.m. and the blue postal collection box in the parking lot at 2:15 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Our office will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day and also on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23 and 24, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
