2015 budget approved

The 2015 SunBird operational budget was approved with $2,153,860 revenue, $1,845,360 expense, transfers into the Reserve Fund of $194,500, Capital Improvement Fund $89,775 and the Special Projects Fund $24,225. The annual assessments will increase 3.6 percent ($30) from $820 to $850; $10 of this increase from each home will be added to the funding of the Reserve Fund savings account.
