Steve Seel and Lisa Onyx who were elected to and are just completing their three-year terms as board of directors. Both, as newly elected directors, began their terms in the beginning of 2020 just as the world pandemic arrived in the area. For nearly two years, the pandemic changed the dynamic of normal operations and, arguably, in some ways forever. Both Steve and Lisa were very instrumental in helping SunBird navigate through that very difficult era, mitigating safe operations at the clubhouse, delivering food and supplies to SunBird residents, supporting and assisting with administrations of COVID-19 vaccinations at the clubhouse with nearly 400 residents taking advantage of this, and obtaining the PPP loan. Steve and Lisa supported and promoted many other improvements, updates, and several projects to keep and make SunBird a better place to live!
