The CC&R Proposed Amendment Consent form was mailed to all SunBird homeowners on Dec. 30, 2020, and on Feb. 19, 2021, to homeowners who had not yet responded. If for some reason you did not receive a consent form, please contact the SunBird office.
Instructions: Complete the CC&R consent form and insert it in the provided, labeled return envelope and return it in one of the following three ways:
1. Mail it, OR
2. Bring it to the SunBird office, OR
3. Place it into the drop box located at the clubhouse.
Date, address, printed name, and signature must be completed to be valid.
Please return your completed consent form to the Association on or before March 31, 2021. Your voice counts.
