Vayne Davis passed away on November 15, 2017, at age 95 of complications from long-time Parkinson’s disease. He was born in Pendleton, Oregon, but the family relocated to the Portland area in his early years. He was educated there, graduating from the University of Portland with an engineering degree in 1952.
He enlisted in the Air Force in September of 1942 and was stationed in England.
He is survived by his wife Hope, three children, four step-children and four grandchildren.
