You’ve heard of Uber and Lyft driving services, where you have a credit card on file to be charged when you use these services. But did you know that there are other driving services that can be found that are free to you through your medical insurance coverage, or at a minimum cost? They’ll pick you up at your door and drop you off at your destination. And these services can be called for same day pick-up or by an appointment. You can contact your insurance company or go online for information. Here are a few names to check on: Veyo, Total Ride, Paratransit, Envoy and Neighbors Who Care.
Also… did you know that there are mobile pet vets and mobile grooming services for your cats and dogs right here in the Chandler area? They will bring a van right to your home and take care of your pet’s needs. You will be there to keep anxious pets calm, and it will be less stressful on both of you. No more scratches from trying to get your kitty into his/her carrier. Check online or the phonebook for Mobile Pet Services. Friends and neighbors can be very helpful, too. Also, check with the HOA Office for recommendations from other homeowners.
