The Arizona Rangers’ primary mission is to provide a presence of supporting and well-trained law enforcement auxiliary personnel to positively promote, preserve, and enhance a safe, secure, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The Arizona Rangers, with the approval of the Homeowner’s Association, assist our patrol chief with community traffic, parking rules, facility security, special events, etc. The mere presence of the Arizona Rangers’ driving marked vehicles provides a strong, visual deterrent, discouraging criminal activity. The Rangers generally patrol SunBird three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. While in SunBird, you can often find them enjoying lunch in the Horizon Room.
