Looking to find out what residents think about living at Renaissance? We suggest you take it from them, like new resident Suzanne Bither. Suzanne has lived in Sun Lakes for quite some time, a city and community she loves. Suzanne knew that she didn’t want the responsibility of taking care of her home anymore but also didn’t want to leave the friendships and relationships she had built over the years.
When Suzanne finally decided to make the move to a senior living community, she wanted something to suit her active lifestyle, however, was looking for additional help for some of the tasks that have become difficult with age. According to Suzanne, there was no other choice but Renaissance. She made the commitment and hasn’t looked back since.
When asked what her favorite part about living at Renaissance is, Suzanne said, “It genuinely meets all my needs. The apartment is beautiful, the services are fantastic, and as a social person, the trips, and planned activities are fabulous.” In the past month, Suzanne has attended two trips to the symphony, a visit to the circus, and a western-style theatre.
Although Suzanne loves being involved in the social activities in the community, she also expressed that outside of her friends, the community provides everything she needs for everyday living, all in one place. According to Suzanne, the cleaning staff does an incredible job with her apartment once a week, the friendly staff provides transportation to her eye appointments, and the kitchen makes such incredible food that she frequently invites her friends over for dinner.
Although there are many choices for senior living in Arizona, Suzanne said that her choice to move to Renaissance was simple—and one she would undoubtedly make again.
