Provided by Sozo Physical Therapy every Friday noon-1:00 p.m. Sozo Physical Therapy will again teach and provide guidance with your discomfort or education surrounding equipment usage. Health coaching is provided to help you address and improve your health care needs. There is a sign-up sheet in the fitness room and they will be here every Friday, noon-1:00 p.m.

HOA Dance (Soul Impression)
Saturday, February 4, 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. in the SunBird Ballroom. $5.00 per person in advance; $7.00 per person at the door. Make sure to get your tickets for the HOA dance featuring “Soul Impression” on Saturday, February 4 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. There will be a full cash bar and tickets are on sale now at the HOA office.

Valentine Dance
Saturday, February 11, 7:00-10:00 p.m.; $7.00 per person. This year’s Valentine dance will be co-sponsored by the Roadrunners Golf Club. Los Gringos and the Chi Chis will provide the entertainment. Everyone is welcome. Tickets on sale now at the HOA office and are $7.00 per person. A full cash bar will be available.

Farmers Market
Monday, February 13, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Farmers market starts for the season on October 10 at 10:00 a.m., then the second Monday of each month after that during the season. There will be fresh produce, fresh breads, olive oils, cakes, pies, cookies, dried fruit, jams, jellies, honey, butters, relishes, condiments, pastas and a knife sharpener.
Third Wednesday Coffee Meeting
Wednesday, February 15, 10:00 a.m. in the SunBird Ballroom. Join Layne and Wanda for the informational meeting. Bring your questions and concerns and hopefully receive some answers. Dino Goegan from Edward Jones will furnish coffee and donuts again this season.
Golf Tour
Friday, February 17, at 4:00 p.m. If you would like to take a guided tour of the golf facility, they are the third Friday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the driving range. Check with the Pro Shop for more information and to sign up if you need a golf cart.

Community Garage Sale
Saturday, February 18, 8:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m. Be a part of the SunBird Community Garage Sale. This will work just like any garage sale and will be open to the general public. Whatever money is made by the homeowner, the homeowner keeps. If you would like to participate as one of the homes, come by or call the HOA office at 480-802-4901 by Friday, February 10. Maps to the homes involved in the sale will be available at the HOA office on Thursday, February 16.

Who’s Hatching Your Nest Egg?
Tuesday, February 21, 7:00 p.m. Know how to recognize the red flags of a fraudulent investment by learning about the persuasion tactics that con artists and unscrupulous investment professionals use to take your money. Free resources provided by the government agency that regulates the securities and investment management industry in Arizona—the Corporation Commission’s Securities Division. Tonight our presenter, Terri Alexon, Investor Education Coordinator for the Arizona Corporation Commission’s Securities Division. Terri has been actively making statewide presentations on the risks and rewards of investing. She currently serves on the Financial Exploitation Prevention Committee of the Maricopa County Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance. She won’t be able to tell you where to put your money; only how to avoid the worst risk of all—and that is fraud.
