Rockin’ 9 Mystery Tour and Lunch

Wild West Saloon Crawl

February 12; price is $99 per person

This tour features Whiskey Row in Prescott, Buffalo Chips in Carefree, and Rawhide Western Town. We’ll also stop at Rusty Spur, Scottsdale’s oldest watering hole (no beverage included here as it is too small to accommodate 50 people). Lunch is included along with a beverage and specially planned activities at each establishment.

Tubac Arts and Crafts Festival

February 13; price is $79 per person

Every February, the Tubac Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor the Tubac Festival of the Arts. The major event of the year for Tubac showcases the work of hundreds of visiting artists, craft persons and musicians from around the country and Canada. While the show is juried for quality, it is not pretentious. Serious paintings share the street with whimsical sculptures and New Age music. In addition to Tubac’s many fine restaurants, during Festival you’ll find a food court packed with delicious treats.

American Presidents and Heroes

February 13-16; price is $575 pp/double, $775 pp/single

This President’s Day weekend, travel to southern California to celebrate the lives of America’s Presidents and Heroes. Tour the Reagan Library, the Nixon Library and the George Patton Museum. Visit Torrance, home of Olympic Athlete and World War II Hero Louis Zamperini. Also meet four-legged American heroes at the Guide Dog of America facility. Learn about the loving, working partnership between dog and human.

Tucson Rodeo – VIP Access

Enjoy a behind the scenes look at the Tucson Rodeo, including clinics with rodeo professionals, cowgirls and cowboys, behind-the-chutes tour, mimosa brunch and entertainment in the chick pit, reserved rodeo seating, and a tax-deductible donation to support breast cancer. Chicks and Chaps is a nonprofit organization that raises money for breast cancer programs, research and patients in local communities while teaching about rodeo.

National Parks of the Southwest Valley

Colorful scenery and spectacular formations abound in Zion and multicolored mesas. Up to 60 colors have been distinguished at Bryce Canyon in the limestone walls and spires. You will also visit the scenic Valley of Fire State Park as part of this kaleidoscope of color vacation.

Palm Springs Getaway

Travel to Palm Springs for a getaway featuring fun singles receptions and Palm Springs sightseeing at its finest. Pageant of Our Lord

Now in its 30th year, the Pageant of Our Lord is presented annually during the Easter season by Rolling Hills Covenant Church. Each year, 15 art pieces are presented by live models with magnificent orchestrations from the choir and original narration to lead the audience on a unique journey through the life of Christ. Also included is a gondola tour through the canals of Long Beach.

52nd annual Highland Games

March 19; price is $99 per person

You don’t have to be Scottish to attend the games; all are welcome to participate in this festive event. Visit the genealogy tent and trace your own family roots. Artists will entertain throughout the day with their traditional and modern Scottish tunes. There is so much to see and do beginning with the welcome ceremony (reserved seats included).
