I do hope everyone at SunBird is having a fabulous summer! As a personal trainer, I am impressed with the fun and social environment that residents have created here. It really sets a great standard for people getting involved in all kinds of exercise and other types of activities.
I have been teaching Zumba Gold for a while now and would like to say thank you to all the fun people who have taken my class and thank you to all the nice people that I see every Wednesday and Friday!
