The Tennis Club sends out congratulations to the newly formed Pickleball Club and their first home tournament that was organized for Thursday, March 10. We hope the future of your club is successful and fun for all. We go forward with hopes of continuing cooperation between our clubs and enjoyment for everyone.
Last month the Tennis Club welcomed three new members, Jan and Roger Larson and Vickie Ayres. This brings the membership total to 110.
The winter tennis leagues will be coming to an end in April as we see our winter members going home for the summer. We wish them a great summer and look forward to their return next year.
Our final Tennis Club meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 5 at 5:00 p.m. on the patio. Bring a dish to pass and your favorite drinks.
The Riggs Road Ladies summer league will begin on Wednesday, May 18. We will be out there bright and early at 7:00 a.m. The league will run through September. Men drop in will continue on Tuesday and Thursday mornings throughout the summer.
