The SunBird Singers and their directors, Owen and Joyce Bae, wish to thank you, the SunBird community, for your attendance and generous donations at their recent Christmas concert. It is only through this financial support that the Singers can purchase the necessary music to produce these concerts. The Singers hope that this concert provided a memorable start to your Christmas season.
With this wonderful and joyous season behind us, it is time to look ahead to the preparations for the annual Singers’ spring concert which has as its theme “What the World Needs Now is Love.” Rehearsals for this concert will begin on Monday, January 9, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse Ballroom and will continue each Monday at the same time and place until the concert. The concert will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, March 8 and 9, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ballroom. The singers should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to this first rehearsal to pick up their music package.
Participation in the SunBird Singers is a great way to have fun and to provide good entertainment for the SunBird community. If you are interested in participating in this choral activity, please plan to attend and join in. There are no auditions required.
